Assisted Living
The Southerlands clinical staff is available to assist residents living within the assisted living apartments. Assisted living includes routine medication administration, bathing, dressing, and assistance to local social programs. Assisted living apartment residents can activate the clinical call system in their apartments. The emergency pull cords are located in all the hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Residents in assisted living apartments partake in three delicious meals a day, served in the Nightingale Gardens Dining Room. They may also receive meal trays in their room for added convenience and privacy, if desired.
Housekeepers clean apartments weekly, change linens and will take care of personal laundry.
General maintenance is completed as requested and trash is picked up daily.
Physical therapy is also available on site for assisted living residents.
The Nightingale Gardens staff will respond to the immediate need whether it’s an emergency or other less serious request for assistance.
