The nutritional quality of food is very important not only to us but to our residents at The Southerlands. A registered dietician designs our menu carefully, so that each resident is receiving inclusive nourishment.
Our menu has been planned with variety and moderation in mind to achieve a well balanced diet. Your daily menu may vary slightly due to a special diet ordered by your physician to meet your nutritional and physical needs.
We strive to meet the individual needs of our residents. We offer a substitute to any meal being served at The Southerlands. We also offer snacks in the Nightingale Gardens during the course of the day.
The breakfast and lunch meals are served daily in the Nightingale Gardens. Dinner is served in both the Nightingale Gardens and the Mountain View Dining Room. Tray service is available. Join us in The Southerlands Cafe for a more casual "Dineresque" atmosphere.
