The Southerlands offers you a relaxed dining experience catered by one of our formally trained chefs with 20+ years of culinary experience. With three dining venues to choose from, The Southerlands offers you a dining experience to suit your lifestyle.
Our Mountain View Dining Room gives residents the feeling of being at one of the Shenandoah Valley’s
finest restaurants, while only being steps away from the comfort of their own home. Featuring a variety
of menu options nightly, residents will have the opportunity to enjoy the savory creations from our
chefs and their staff.
For those residents in need of dining assistance, our Nightingale Gardens Dining Room offers three meals a day plus snacks to meet the needs of each individual resident.
Our menus have been planned with variety and moderation in mind to achieve a well balanced diet.
In addition, The Southerlands caters to your special dietary needs and all therapeutic diets are monitored closely by both the culinary staff and registered dietician.
