By opening its doors to older adults and being the first of its kind in Warren County, VA, it has been revolutionary in setting trends of excellence for continuing care communities and senior living. The Southerlands is dedicated to consistently being the premier choice for older adults seeking a retirement destination and a lifestyle promoting wellness and independence.
Locally owned and operated by the Williams family of Front Royal, The Southerlands takes pride in having achieved and received many local and national accolades, including being a registered Continuing Care Retirement Community within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our entire staff is dedicated not only to The Southerlands and its residents, but also to our community with involvement in such organizations as Rotary Club of Front Royal, United Way of Front Royal/Warren County, and various other community based organizations.
